Can't run Third Person MMO Controller demo project

I am trying to run the Third Person MMO Controller demo project from the Asset Store... https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/#/content/917 I clicked the "Open in Unity" button and then "Download and Install" from within Unity. It appears all the assets were imported but when I Build & Run (ctrl-B), nothing happens. All I get is the cornflower-blue background. (I even tried "Redownload and import" but get the same results.) I am using Unity v4.3.3f1. I have deleted all previous sample projects and assets (I think -- please provide filepaths I need to check). The process seems quite unintuitive. Any help is appreciated! :)
