Stop animation in Animation Controller

Hi everyone... I want to stop the loop animation to only Once with the script or other way, I have 2 blocks when the first block ends (Once mode) I execute with a click to that the second start block and too be Once Mode... i dont want loop thanks. ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/20492-error.png
